Adams Morgan the neighborhood is essentially the major character in Adams Morgan: The Movie. Writer Paul Deveaux found it to be constantly a source of inspiration – hence, the movie by the same name. The film includes a scene where Shelby talks to her husband Richard in front of a beautiful mural of Toulouse-Lautrec, the location being chosen thanks to Paul’s creativity following a nice walk along the very same mural on a crisp fall night.
